Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in national security? You understand your customer’s environment and how to develop digital engineering and finite element modeling solutions for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution. As a structural engineer on our team, you will lead and support engineering projects, analyze, design, and develop systems, and evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You’ll have opportunities to broaden your skills into finite element modeling and computer-aided design, creating technical plans for airframe structures that support the US Air Force. You Have: 5+ years of experience with finite element modeling using FEMAP or Patran Experience with CAD tools like Catia or SolidWorks Ability to support large-scale projects Experience creating finite element models using loads data from OEMs or structural test fixtures Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Civil, or Structural Engineering + 10+ years of aerospace experience, or Master’s degree + 8+ years of aerospace experience Nice If You Have: Ability to create CAD designs of aircraft structural assemblies Top Secret clearance Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant engineering fields Clearance:
Applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation:
The salary range is $86,800 - $198,000 annually, based on various factors including location, education, experience, and organizational needs.
