Summary: Industry: Construction / Data Centre / Cleanroom / Commercial Building / Healthcare Facilities Location: Across SG (Islandwide) 5.5 Alternate Saturday Basic up to $5000 [Salary based on experience & position] Job Scope: Responsibilities: Understand the contract scope and perform operational maintenance activities for assigned projects or tender works. Share scope of works with the operations team and conduct training to ensure familiarity with DLP maintenance and preventive maintenance systems. Prepare and submit RA/MOS/SWP for necessary tasks to be carried out on-site. Coordinate PM schedules with OEMs/Vendors and monitor service scope in line with contract requirements. Verify PM service reports prior to submission to the client. Prepare draft quotations and liaise with the cost control team for site-related activities. Manage preventive maintenance contract scope to meet KPI and SLA targets. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and emergencies, providing timely updates. Attend meetings and presentations as required, managing site activities effectively. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and monitor team activities. Promote workplace safety and reinforce risk assessment practices among team members. Escalate unresolved or urgent matters to management for direction and support. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline from a recognised institution. Relevant work experience preferably in facilities management. Technical knowledge and experience in data centre operations will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
