Position Summary
The Junior Front End Web Developer is responsible for coding approved designs into working web page templates in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. They will support email template creation and find creative JavaScript solutions to launch A/B tests on the website.

Create responsive promotional landing pages using standard HTML/CSS best practices. Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent. Craft A/B tests using JavaScript snippets that run quickly and efficiently via software like Optimizely. Support the creation of new widgets for EmailMaker, our internal email template creation app. Document and communicate all work using project-planning tools like Pivotal Tracker and JIRA. Work autonomously, managing your workload and deadlines effectively. Qualifications Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Working knowledge of web development or web design is required. Equivalent education and experience will be considered. Computer Skills:
Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery best practices. Familiarity with cross-platform and browser compatibility issues, SEO, Performance, Security, and Accessibility best practices. Experience with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems is a plus. Position Hiring Range The pay range is $68,640.00 - $91,620.00, determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and company budget.
