Systems Architect

to oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex material handling systems. As a Systems Architect, you will play a critical role in the development and design of systems to meet client needs and market demands. Your responsibilities will include streamlining system entry, providing technical guidance on Integrator Ready solutions, and improving scalability. You will also guide system-level thinking across the organization. Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities :

Support System Engineering Team by developing processes, tools, design strategies, standards, and reusable building blocks Manage engineering efforts for complex material handling solutions, including scope, schedule, cost, communication, resources, and risk management Provide technical guidance and coordinate development efforts Opportunity Analysis :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and evaluate requirements Requirements Engineering :

Develop stakeholder requirements, ensure compliance, and manage requirements throughout development Concept Development :

Guide development of conceptual solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and support proposal development Define the Work :

Decompose system architecture, define approaches, develop work packets, and resource requirements Manage the Work :

Guide and oversee engineering efforts, facilitate reviews, and coordinate testing and integration Qualifications :

Bachelor's in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field Proven leadership in technical teams and project management Minimum 7 years of industry experience Strong understanding of systems design and engineering principles Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to travel up to 20%, work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Position based in Hanover, MD Intralox offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability insurance, paid time off, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The salary range is $99,000 to $212,800, based on experience and qualifications. The position may include incentives such as commissions or bonuses.
