Unlock your potential for professional development! We are hiring Licensed Pharmacy Technicians or Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainees to join our inpatient and outpatient pharmacy teams. Position Purpose: Responsible for assisting and supporting licensed pharmacists in providing health care and medications to patients. This responsibility includes activities inclusive of, but not limited to acting as a liaison between the public and the pharmacist, preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Pharmacy technicians must have a broad knowledge of pharmacy practice and be skilled in the techniques required to order, stock, package, and otherwise prepare medications. Hours/Shift: Full Time/Rotating Qualifications: Certification/Licensure Licensed Pharmacy Technician, as required by AZ State Board of Pharmacy Trainees must have AZ Pharmacy Technician Trainee License at hire Work Requirements: Must be able to distinguish color, sit 37%, stand 30%, and walk 33% of the time; carry or lift weight in the range of 25-75 pounds Understand and comply with the Arizona Pharmacy Board rules concerning pharmacy technicians and pharmacy technician trainees Expected duties have possible, but not routine, potential for exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissue and to chemicals, biological, and radioactive substances About Us: Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is the largest healthcare provider and the only remaining not-for-profit hospital in Mohave County, Arizona.
