Community Development Corp (SCDC) seeks business development partners to help build generational wealth through real estate investments. Your role is to identify and invite potential clients to our executive presentations. Key Responsibilities
Leverage your network to generate interest and secure attendance at our presentations. Build a qualified audience for our senior team to close deals. Maintain a minimum of 40 qualified attendees per month to stay active. Compensation & Rewards
6-Figure+ Direct Income:
Earn commissions ($1,000–$5,000 per sale). Back-End Commissions:
Earn on the portfolio of sales upon project completion. Leadership Opportunities:
Top performers can advance to Regional Sales Director. Ideal Candidate
