Performance Optimization: Conduct regular Hotjar reviews, speed checks, and analyze conversion and traffic data to identify areas for improvement. Project Management: Oversee website projects, coordinating between designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute updates efficiently. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor and enhance website usability, engagement, and customer journey to drive conversions. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools to track user behavior, recommend optimizations, and report key insights. Qualifications: Required: 1-3 years of experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital project management. Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and website speed testing platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Understanding of CRO best practices and how to optimize for conversions. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
