Overview
Tonal is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Ecommerce Associate to support day-to-day site operations and drive performance insights for Tonal.com. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ecommerce, you’ll play a critical role in executing front-end strategies and keeping the site running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone eager to work hands-on with data, tools, and teams to ensure an exceptional digital customer experience.
What You Will Do
Monitor and maintain daily site functionality, including resolving bugs, QA testing, and escalating issues as needed Manage site merchandising updates, content uploads, and promotional changes in Shopify Create, test, and manage coupon codes, ensuring accuracy in application, tracking, and reporting Support campaign launches by executing and validating content updates and QA-ing experiences end to end Partner with Customer Support to resolve ecommerce-related escalations and technical issues Pull and analyze site performance and campaign data; identify trends, issues, and opportunities Support the creation of recurring dashboards and ad hoc performance reports Collaborate cross-functionally to support CRO initiatives, SEO optimization, and content updates (e.g., blog) Document and maintain internal playbooks, promotion calendars, and workflow processes
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce operations, analytics, or digital marketing Strong working knowledge of Shopify Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Excel to generate insights Technically curious and able to troubleshoot website issues and workflows Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail Proactive communicator who can coordinate cross-functional efforts with ease Comfortable balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Passion for health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
