Join a small and growing engineering consultancy as a Project Manager in Houston. You’ll lead water, wastewater & stormwater municipal infrastructure projects at this reputable firm with established client relationships built over the last 50 years and exciting pipeline of upcoming project work. The job Lead municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, etc.) from planning through construction. Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships with public agencies. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate teams and consultants to maintain schedule and communication. Track project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance. Support construction with technical guidance and mentor junior staff. What are they looking for? Bachelor’s in civil engineering or a related field. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas. At least 5+ years’ experience managing municipal engineering projects. Examples of Water/Wastewater, and Stormwater Systems project work.
