The Business Analyst compiles and analyzes data and generates reports and charts for manufacturing operations while working closely with finance, accounting and other departments. This opportunity is an onsite position located in our Mountain View facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and charts. Assist with cost tracking to develop monthly cost plans for determining profitability. Help develop and maintain new financial reports. Assist in the tracking of monthly shipments, keeping necessary reports updated daily for management review. Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies. Document procedures. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as math, statistics, science, economics, or business analytics and 2-5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrates exceedingly high level of attention to detail. Exemplary math and analytical skills. Ability to program in Excel, not just record macros, is desirable, but not required. Must possess critical thinking skills. Must be able to work as part of a team when required, but must also possess the ability to work independently. Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and have good work ethic. Knowledge of basic accounting preferred. US person. Salary Range
