Prior experience coordinating private jet travel is required.
Responsibilities
Private Jet & Aviation Coordination:
Oversee all aspects of the Executive Chairman’s private flight schedule, liaising with aviation companies, pilots, and charter services. Manage aircraft logistics, coordinate charters, and ensure seamless travel experiences for business and personal trips. Comprehensive Travel Management:
Arrange domestic and international itineraries involving private jets, commercial flights, ground transportation, and luxury accommodations. Research and recommend hotels, restaurants, and exclusive venues. Executive Support:
Maintain an organized executive office. Prepare meeting materials, coordinate high-profile events, and support projects with discretion. Communication Gatekeeper:
Handle all communications for the Executive Chairman, prioritizing requests and maintaining confidentiality. Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Manage sensitive information discreetly. Maintain professionalism under pressure. Qualifications Experience managing private jet travel for executives or high-net-worth individuals Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills Location:
West Hollywood Schedule:
