Construction Project Manager
to join their growing team. This mid-sized firm is known for delivering high-quality structural steel solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants to contribute to complex structural steel projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage structural steel projects from planning through completion Ensure on-time delivery, within budget and scope, while meeting quality standards Coordinate project planning, procurement, scheduling, and logistics Review and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting Interpret and review shop drawings and blueprints Assist with steel erection engineering as needed Oversee team performance, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance Maintain clear project documentation and regular status reporting Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with construction drawings and steel fabrication/erection Prior project management or engineering experience in construction Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency or familiarity with: Bluebeam Revu Tekla Structures Structural/misc. metals Understanding of job financials and how to apply them to project execution What’s Offered Competitive salary + annual performance bonus Clear path for growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative team culture Comprehensive benefits package: 401(k) HSA Health, dental, and life insurance Short & long-term disability
