Must Have Technical / Functional Skills SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant with 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in SAP FG Projects Strong experience in FG Upstream with Ariba, Spend Analysis, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management Hands-on functional configuration and design experience oVendor onboarding oPurchase Orders oSourcing oInvoice Management oContract Management Knowledge on Contingent Module, Procurement, Analytics and Integrations Participated in at least one large Implementation engagement in the appropriate area Requirement Gathering workshops to understand business needs, custom fields, templates, approval flows, connector setup, configuration, demo's, SIT, UAT and Go-Live Should be an excellent team player with strong oral and written communication skills Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to oTake quick decisions and multi-task oConvey messages and ideas clearly to the users. Experience Required 3+ years of relevant consulting experience in SAP FG Projects Functional configuration and design experience Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for creating and managing Sourcing, Contract and SLP templates as per business requirements. End-2-End process & integration understanding between other SAP modules for troubleshooting and monitoring (. ECC, S4HANA, MDG) Experience in SAP Sourcing / Contracts integration oFieldglass integration with SuccessFactors oFieldglass integration with S4HANA and Ariba oFieldglass integration with MDG Liaise between SAP consultants and Business SME's to ensure our client's Procurement requirements are met in the implemented SAP Solution which will focus SAP Fieldglass and integrate with Ariba, S4 / HANA Prepare functional specifications. oSuggest automations, process and technical. oReview the quarter releases and recommend changes if applicable. Release management co-ordination and training for FG product releases Monitor and act on FG tickets as part of daily activity Generic Managerial Skills Requirement Gathering workshops to understand business needs, custom fields, templates, approval flows, connector setup, configuration, demo's, SIT, UAT and Go-Live Ability to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities and deliver high quality work Ability to interpret and discuss plots Ability to communicate effectively Attention to detail
