This role involves contributing to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, problem definition, solution creation, development, configuration, deployment, team guidance, proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. The goal is to deliver value-adding consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the changing global landscape. Required Skills Preferred Skills: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA, or willing to relocate. Travel may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of a degree. At least 7 years of IT experience. Good understanding of the Financial Services domain. Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture and process detailing. Experience in capturing and documenting business requirements and current processes. Experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment. Business analysis skills including requirements analysis, elicitation, and agile methodologies. Expertise in environment management, issue resolution, continuous deployment, and test-driven development tools. The role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be via phone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required. Planning and coordination skills. Interest in working in a management consulting environment with regular travel. Experience in a global delivery environment. Ability to write design documents and present design solutions. Ability to estimate end-to-end delivery of integration projects. Technical proficiency to handle complex integration tasks. Strong communication skills for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships.
