Responsibilities: Required Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering Proficiency in capacity analysis, time studies, and data analysis Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools Experience with layout design and interpretation Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management Ability to create and interpret Integrated Master Schedules Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance Willingness to travel 25%, typically one week per month Desired Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) Experience with earned value management -
