As a Financial Consultant, you will manage existing Schwab client accounts, offering wealth management and financial planning advice. You will grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. If you hold your securities license, enjoy teamwork, and are passionate about serving clients, this role is ideal for you. Required Qualifications: A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license Progress towards or possession of FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license, which are required during your tenure. Preferred Qualifications: Strong relationship-building skills, trust development, and effective communication strategies to deepen client relationships. Ability to leverage Schwab’s resources, market knowledge, and inspire clients to achieve their goals. Willingness to manage wealth planning services including Retirement, Education, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning. Adaptability to market and business changes. Engagement in community activities to discuss market conditions, sound investing principles, and personalized wealth strategies. Commitment to providing an outstanding investor experience and professional growth in Wealth Management.
