CTC Group is seeking
Test Engineers , levels 1-3, to analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions. The role involves developing evaluation and test plans and procedures, preparing for and conducting data collection and analysis, and reporting statuses and results. Locations: Annapolis Junction / Ft. Meade Responsibilities Assist with Level 1 tasks based on technical training and testing experience Conduct research and apply knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts, engineering, acquisition, and operations activities to support T&E Plan and execute performance analysis Review acquisition approaches to support T&E schedule alignment with decision maker needs Analyze performance risk areas to focus T&E planning Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for T&E use Apply statistical analysis to performance data to assess confidence in estimates Select, develop, and use analysis tools Execute evaluation plans on collected data Plan program and event-level testing for data collection and synchronization with decision points Establish Data & Configuration Management capabilities Support Data Authentication functions and comply with discrepancy reporting processes Assess operational and system performance requirements for testability and criticality Coordinate with Systems Engineering to leverage analysis and inform evaluation planning Assess operational environments for evaluation focus and scenario selection Plan risk-based performance estimation and analysis of metrics Design surveys for SME input and user assessments Participate in T&E Working-level teams for evaluation plan coordination Produce evaluation and analysis plans, data requirements, risk assessments, and reports; contribute to government T&E products Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience Additional experience may substitute for education as specified. Level-specific Qualifications Level 1: 2 years of TE experience Level 2: 5 years of TE experience Level 3: 8 years of TE experience Pay Information The estimated salary range is $135,000 - $180,000, influenced by various factors.
