PR & Events Marketing Executive (Entry-Level, 6 months contract)

Responsibilities Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales in Singapore. Support PR initiatives including media outreach, influencer/KOL coordination, and preparation of press materials and performance reports. Assist in planning and executing both PR and consumer-focused events, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external vendors. Develop and maintain visual merchandising plans across retail channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and product launches. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure local activation aligns with brand standards and marketing goals. Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned, supporting the overall marketing function and cross-functional team efforts. Requirements Prior experience managing PR and event operations, with exposure to visual merchandising preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of photo/video editing and Microsoft Office tools. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines. Passion for the beauty industry is ideal, though candidates from FMCG, fashion, or related industries are welcome.
