What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to help manage M&A opportunities, execute strategic venture capital investments, and evaluate strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an “all-around athlete” with a combination of quantitative and qualitative acumen, passionate about fintech, and comfortable working in unstructured environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist in executing mergers and acquisitions and strategic initiatives
Source, manage, and execute strategic venture capital investments for Cross River Digital Ventures
Support the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development with research and analysis of corporate development opportunities
Help evaluate market dynamics and implications on Cross River’s business model
Work closely with internal stakeholders for implementation of strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience at a top-tier company in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or equivalent
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Modeling and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with ability to roll up sleeves and get it done
BA/BS degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, analytics, or similar field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or fintech
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a fast-changing environment
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
