Role Overview S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our mission of transforming the real estate landscape by enabling families to own Class-A multifamily properties, building passive income and wealth.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential investors interested in real estate opportunities.
Invite prospects to a one-hour investor presentation; our senior team handles closing.
Build relationships and spark curiosity about our projects.
Achieve high performance metrics, including generating presentation attendees and sales.
Potentially advance to Regional Sales Director with performance-based promotion.
Compensation & Benefits This is a 100% commission-based partnership (W-2), with potential for significant earnings:
Direct commissions averaging $1,000–$5,000 per investor deposit.
Back-end commissions on portfolio sales, paid as projects complete.
Opportunities for leadership and higher commissions as performance metrics are met.
