What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Design and deliver impactful training programs for financial professionals in wealth management - Create engaging content using various modalities such as live sessions, virtual training, and eLearning - Coach and mentor financial advisors to build trust and long-term client relationships - Identify training needs and collaborate with business partners to enhance training solutions - Manage project planning activities including timeline development and success criteria definition

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree - FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63/65) required - 5+ years of experience as a field-based or phone-based Financial Advisor or Consultant - 3+ years of training experience in facilitation and instructional/content design - Strong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Life and Health Licenses (Desired) - Experience with Annuity Sales (Desired)
