Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring contract fulfillment, overseeing outage planning, parts management, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. You will represent GE Vernova at the customer site, coordinate with various teams, and lead outage and service activities. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with the customer, managing communication and strategic engagement. Develop and execute customer communication plans, conduct regular meetings, and review GE Vernova products/services for value addition. Oversee warranty and commercial considerations, including concessions. Manage outage scope, parts planning, and logistics, including quotes, orders, and invoicing. Lead emergent outage resolution and coordinate outage planning meetings. Ensure contract compliance, project deliverables, and adherence to T&Cs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in power generation). Minimum 5 years of technical field services experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines or Mechanical Power Outages. Additional Requirements
Ability to work at the Smith, Alabama site. No sponsorship support; US relocation offered. Preferred Skills
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience with Lean processes, operational judgment, and outage management. Technical field service experience with HD outages is highly valued. Benefits & Culture

The base salary range is $100,400 - $152,200 USD, plus a 10% performance bonus and geographic differentials. The position is open until August 20, 2025. This is a full-time, remote role with relocation assistance provided.
