Role description:

As the Senior Director of Digital Product Management for Gartner Peer Insights, you will lead a team of product managers working with business, design, engineering, and insight leaders to deliver innovation and value across our end-user digital product experience. Key responsibilities include... What you will do: Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning the end-user product experience (e.g., survey, reader, search) Partner with stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, Business Technology Insights, Product, and Engineering teams, to deliver high-value products and features Develop and own product roadmaps in collaboration with business and engineering leaders Enhance and own the ongoing end-user feedback loop to inform product development Implement a lean product approach to achieve early validated learnings and shorter cycle times for delivering client value What you will need: 12+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in digital product management, preferably in a cross-functional/matrix environment 3+ years of leading, managing, or coaching teams, both directly and indirectly Bachelor's degree in engineering or a quantitative field; Master's or advanced degree preferred An eye for quality technology products and user experience Proven ability to solve difficult problems with business leaders, leading to measurable results Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet tight deadlines What you will get: Competitive salary, generous paid time off, charity match, medical insurance, parental leave, Employee Assistance Program, and more Collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Who are we?
