$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Tamarac, FL that is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead. Responsibilities:
Lead BI strategy, architecture, and implementation using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations Integrate data from Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and SAP into unified models Solution Development: Build scalable BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and semantic models Reporting & Analytics: Create advanced dashboards and real-time reporting tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related field 10+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role, with a strong track record of managing BI teams and projects Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including data lake, semantic modeling, and data warehousing capabilities including Dataflow Gen2, data pipelines, etc. Understanding of data architecture and data integration techniques, including ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau with the ability to design and develop complex dashboards and reporting solutions Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure Databricks and experience with cloud-based BI and data engineering solutions Desired programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and model development Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks for integrating predictive analytics and machine learning models into BI solutions Experience working with SAP or similar ERP analytics is preferred Strong analytical thinking with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with industry trends Strong communicator and team leadership skills Materials and Equipment Used: Office Equipment and CRM/SAP System
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
