Summary Our Assistant Store Managers are integral to the success of the HOKA Brand. As an Assistant Store Manager, you partner closely with the Store Manager to drive business results. You regularly share the HOKA Brand values, vision, and mission with your team members.

Description As the Assistant Store Manager, you drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture. You set targets and motivate team members to achieve goals within each shift. You ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business and prioritize programs that enhance the customer journey. You take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store, including training, visual merchandising, opening and closing the store, securing assets, planning labor schedules, maintaining security systems, managing inventory and cash controls, and serving as the Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

You assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members who know how to drive Brand awareness and provide excellent service. You maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude and invite all customers into the HOKA community through exceptional service.

Core Competencies

Drive and achieve key business KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.

Manage and track store KPIs while motivating and engaging team members to work together to achieve goals.

Ensure the highest level of customer service and measure via NPS.

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training team members for high performance.

Set plans and targets and entrust team members appropriately.

Support community through in-store events and local outreach.

Assist in store administration and ensure policy compliance.

Manage controls including labor, inventory, and cash.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and execute visual directives.

Support the execution of initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Key Qualifications

2-4 years of retail store management experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills to convey brand vision and mission.

Strong organizational skills to coordinate resources effectively.

Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

Flexible schedule and hours to meet business needs.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Valid State or Federal ID.
