Original Posting Date: 08/11/2025 Job Title: Customer Adoption Expert Advisor Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a Customer Adoption Expert Advisor at our Alpharetta, GA location to provide specialized expertise and empower external and internal customers to accelerate value discovery, value delivery, and value realization through adoption and consumption as part of the Customer Lifetime Value Management methodology to reach renewal, revenue growth targets, customer satisfaction, and activation of services. Expectations and Tasks: Proactively monitor usage metrics and KPIs against baselines, target values, and upcoming innovations to drive adoption engagements and initiatives to safeguard and grow the business in terms of Customer Lifetime Value - CLTV, Current Cloud Backlog - CCB, and Deployed or Consumed Annual Contract Value - ACV. Evaluate complex and diverse customer situations to combine SAP innovations with scalable practices to create actionable recommendations that bring clarity and simplification. Coordinate the development of business insights based on customer-specific usage and KPIs, using appropriate data, analytical tools, business knowledge, and field experience. Analyze data-driven business insights and collaboratively define adoption plans with internal account teams to help customers meet stated business goals and commercial entitlement. Advise customers through One-on-One engagements built on established methodology and strategic leading practices via feature, functionality, architecture, and business process adoption. Create and facilitate One-To-Many customer content and events to influence adoption and consumption of key innovations at targeted customers. Serve as a subject matter expert to provide functional expertise. Share in-depth knowledge and experience of the product portfolio, roadmap, application features, and business processes and enable decision-making and interpretation to create scalable adoption initiatives. Education and Occupational Experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: Experience must involve five (5) years in the following: SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) specifically integrating with Production Planning (PP) for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP); Production Planning (SAP PP) and Logistics; SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) setup for series materials or incoming goods, in-house production, final inspection and customer returns and complaint handling with SAP Integrated Quality Optimization System (SAP IQOS) add on; SAP Global Batch traceability for material movements, account determination and integrating it with SAP Finance (SAP FI); SAP Product Lifecycle Management (SAP PLM) for prototype and sample orders, engineering drawing version in incoming goods inspection, internal production PPAP, customer sample releases and notifications for industrial component industries; Creating detailed project plans and migration strategies, using SAP ACTIVATE and Jira; ABAP, Reporting, SAP scripts/forms, workflows, and user exits; IDOC’s, Transports through SAP Solution Manager's ChaRM tool as well as with Legacy Migration Workbench (LSMW) and Batch Data Conversions (BDC) with Batch Job Scheduler, SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) queries and reporting; and SAP Business Rules Framework (SAP BRF+) for output determination, intercompany process, pricing procedure, SAP Flexible Workflow, Fiori apps, scheduling line release and invoice verification. Compensation Range Transparency

: The annual base salary range for this position is $ 135,054 - $229,682. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $164,700 - $280,100 . The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
