Title: ODAS Oracle Consultant
The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to implement version upgrades, changes, and patches in silent mode for the
Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12c, 19c, & 21c,
RAC Database 12c, 19c, & 21c
(including Advanced Security features),
Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c, 19c, & 21c
(including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Server, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, and Oracle Cloud Control),
Oracle Database Vault , TIBCO Spotfire, and all common components of each application. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to apply and implement the Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPU) published quarterly and urgent hotfixes to enterprise database on RAC, Fusion Middleware for OAM (Oracle Access Manager), OUD (Oracle Unified Directory), WebLogic, Java, and e-Business Suite Oracle BI Publisher, including tuning and optimizing the performance of Oracle applications and reports after the CPU has been applied. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall be able to manage and upgrade the 2-factor authentication ( 2FA ) methodology with hands-on experience, including passing the certificate of PIV Card from one application to another vendor’s application (such as TIBCO Spotfire) while maintaining the integrity of the Web Portal. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall have hands-on experience in
configuring DMZ, proxy server, SSL, and firewall . They should also possess strong programming skills, capable of scripting jobs with WLST, shell script, Python, Perl, and PHP. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall perform unstructured data analysis with Oracle and define strategies to include growing unstructured data (including social media) into a proper/recommended Big Data system. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall present Oracle capacity plans to expand and configure SAN devices, create and configure Oracle ASM disks, and optimize Oracle disk storage. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall migrate Oracle data efficiently to a new SAN device, maintaining database functions/schemas, Oracle Fusion Middleware components, Oracle Cloud Control, and database vault. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall migrate and/or reinstall existing applications and configurations for Oracle Grid Infrastructure 12c, 19c, & 21c, RAC Database 12c & 19c, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Database Vault, TIBCO Spotfire, and other components to new hardware and OS versions. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall integrate and manage Oracle Web Application (2FA) with non-Oracle applications, such as TIBCO Spotfire, using languages like HTML, JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, or Perl. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall have expert knowledge in Oracle Linux, scripting automation tasks with Shell, Python, Perl. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall serve as an Oracle master to guide monitoring and security using rulesets, rules, factors, jobs, batch/automation, and alert functions in Oracle Cloud Control and Oracle Database Vault, including generating management reports. The Oracle consultant/implementer should perform knowledge transfer for operational management. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall possess the OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) and preferably hold an active Oracle Certified Master certification. The Oracle consultant/implementer should provide detailed, step-by-step documentation for each task, including screenshots. The Oracle consultant/implementer shall possess a Tier 4 Public Trust, High Risk security clearance.
