Job Description Flynn Arby’s joined Flynn Group in 2018 with the acquisition of 300+ restaurants. Today, we are the largest Arby’s franchisee in the world and continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants including Applebee’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness. General Manager , you will: Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and coach a team to deliver outstanding service. Manage daily operations including inventory, staffing, and cash management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Drive sales growth through marketing and promotional campaigns. Analyze financial performance and implement improvements. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe, clean workplace. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry managing high-volume establishments. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Good understanding of business operations and financial analysis. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
