You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to demonstrate tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with modern IT ecosystems. Your work will directly influence customer success by delivering compelling demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and custom integration prototypes. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional eager to engage with enterprise clients and shape the future of network observability and automation. Accountabilities : Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers to understand their network challenges. Design and deliver live product demonstrations emphasizing integration capabilities with platforms such as ServiceNow and NetBox. Develop and manage Proof-of-Concept environments to validate solution effectiveness. Create and maintain demo scripts, automation playbooks, and integration blueprints to support sales efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback. Conduct enablement sessions for internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and technical readiness. Support responses to RFPs, technical evaluations, and customer workshops as required.
