ServiceNow Architect

Seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a hybrid role based in Chandler, Arizona. What we're looking for: Someone experienced with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, CSM, CRM (any or all). Must have a strong familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to enhance operational efficiencies is essential. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments is highly desirable. Bonus points if you have: Experience in healthcare or SLED sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural vision and roadmap. Oversee customization, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow modules. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Optimize ServiceNow environments for performance, usability, and cost-efficiency. Establish governance and security protocols for ServiceNow environments. Advise clients on ServiceNow architecture and automation capabilities. Produce comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams and workflows. Lead system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements. Required experience: 5+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role. Skills needed: Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and configuration across modules. Deep knowledge of platform capabilities, modules, and best practices. Proven ability to design scalable solutions with knowledge of CSDM. Extensive experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server). Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules). Knowledge of update sets, version control, deployment, and governance. Familiarity with advanced features like Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence. Certifications: CAD, CSA, or CTA. Strong ITIL knowledge and project management experience. Leadership and excellent communication skills. Additional plus: Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management).
