About the team The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high-quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a new and improved e-commerce experience. We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join us in building an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities - Analyze overall and sub-dimensional goals for the top creator business in the US, design KPIs, and track success. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and optimize performance through regular iteration. - Develop and optimize dashboard tools to monitor key metrics and provide real-time insights. Use these insights to guide decision-making and recommend strategic adjustments. - Manage resources for the top creator business, including budget allocation, ROI analysis, and policy review. Track performance to meet ROI targets and develop optimization strategies. - Analyze product attributes and data performance daily to refine strategies, enhance influencer-product matching, and drive sales growth, conversion rates, GMV, and influencer retention.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) - 5+ years in e-commerce operations, business strategy, or creator/content management, with a focus on influencer partnerships - Proven ability to analyze metrics, build KPIs, and provide actionable insights - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in business analysis or resource management across platforms like B2C e-commerce and content-driven or cross-border e-commerce - Resilience under pressure, proactive, with excellent communication skills - Familiarity with TikTok’s platform, trends, and influencer ecosystem - Proficiency with dashboard tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI)

Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】The annual salary range is $88,920 - $191,330, depending on qualifications, skills, location, and other factors.
