Job DescriptionOur client, a leading public-sector organization, is looking for a Cyber Security Operations Analyst to join their Information Security team. This position offers the opportunity to help protect essential systems that millions of people rely on every day.
This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven security team focused on protecting high-impact digital assets. The position is hands-on and ideal for someone with strong fundamentals in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and SIEM monitoring.
This is a hybrid 11-month contract.
Hybrid in Back Bay.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
2+ years of experience in IT operations
SIEM and EDR tools
ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience
Experience working in large-scale cybersecurity operations environments
Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field
Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or GCIH
Familiarity with SIEM tuning, incident handling, and threat hunting
Knowledge of compliance and governance best practices
