Digital Platform Architect

Digital Platform Architect LaSalle Network is hiring a Digital Platform Architect to lead the architecture and data strategy for a multi-year, enterprise-wide digital transformation. This hybrid role (2 days onsite) offers the chance to shape how a leading manufacturer reimagines its digital experience across North and Latin America. You’ll lead platform and data architecture for USG.com and MyUSG.com—customer-facing eCommerce platforms that are being rebuilt from the ground up. With work already underway and a robust tech stack including CMS, PIM, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and cloud-native integrations, this is a highly visible opportunity to drive architecture that impacts marketing, customer service, and IT. Digital Platform Architect Responsibilities : Own and drive architecture across the digital tech stack, including data movement and platform integration Design and communicate scalable solutions across CMS, PIM, and customer portal platforms Collaborate closely with Agile development teams and business stakeholders to deliver value iteratively Create solution designs, technical documentation, and strategic presentations for executive audiences Mentor developers and advocate for best practices in integration and platform architecture Support continuous delivery of a modern digital experience through MACH-aligned practices Digital Platform Architect Requirements : 7+ years of IT experience with enterprise digital transformations Strong understanding of platform architecture, systems integration, and data pipelines Familiar with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) Hands-on experience with Docker, GitHub; familiarity with Kafka and cloud-based databases (e.g., Postgres) Background in software development, operations, or engineering Strong communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams Experience with ETL, CMS, and martech tools a plus Compensation :

$120K–$170K base + 15% bonus Location :
