Sr. Weapon System Analyst (Supply Chain & Weapons Production Networks) (optional) Description: Analyze and assess current and future foreign, lethal and non-lethal, weapon systems, including but not limited to system capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, proliferation, and impact on U.S. and Coalition forces worldwide. Research, review, evaluate, and integrate complex all-source intelligence data and other sources of classified and unclassified information to contribute to the production of finished intelligence regarding foreign defense industrial bases, including military materiel production (Missile, Aviation, Naval, Ground, General Purpose: ammunition, explosives, electronics, military vehicles, etc.). Prepare intelligence assessments about foreign defense industry capabilities supporting military operations and strategic industries. Identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements, evaluate collected intelligence, and determine analytical approaches. Maintain, monitor, and ensure the quality of databases (MIDB/MARS) describing military industrial facilities, programs, and networks. Identify significant trends and propose new or revised analytical projects to inform decision-makers about new developments. Brief IC, senior policymakers/CCMD, and foreign partners on threats and trends in foreign defense industrial sectors. Develop and strengthen ties with other government organizations. Collaborate with other IC analysts and collectors to enhance intelligence analysis and collection efforts. Security Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Job Requirements: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education: Master’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a bachelor’s degree with an additional 5 years of relevant senior experience, totaling 17 years.
