We’re seeking a Director, Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Hub team in New York, NY. In this role, you’ll: Consult with internal business groups to provide advanced application software development services and support. Develop well-designed, testable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites, maintaining software functionality and addressing technical debt. Apply security and privacy principles, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster team growth and innovation. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. 14+ years of software development experience, preferably in securities or financial services. Expertise in frontend and backend languages and frameworks, including C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, JavaScript, and containerization. Understanding of security principles, relational databases, architecture design, and multi-platform development. Ability to consult with IT and business managers on complex issues, influence technology strategy, and implement vendor methodologies.
