Job Description
At Daxko, our product design team consists of UX generalists who lead user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing. As a Senior UX Designer, your primary responsibility is to craft user experiences that differentiate our products. This includes understanding customer needs, delivering valuable solutions, and maintaining our design system. This role offers opportunities for growth, experimentation, and creating impactful solutions, supported by an executive team that values a Lean UX process. You will help shape innovative applications affecting millions in their health and fitness routines. You will also :
Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, developers, customers, and stakeholders to define requirements. Utilize Figma effectively for design systems, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. Gain buy-in for ideas and motivate stakeholders. Contribute to a design system through documentation and components, influenced by atomic design principles. Apply strong information architecture to your designs. Use user research methods like participatory design, ethnographic studies, and interviews to inform your work. Create and validate personas to guide decision-making. Develop prototypes rapidly and iterate based on feedback. Work with developers and designers to implement scalable solutions aligned with our design system. Identify and validate problems through test plans, interviews, surveys, etc. Validate designs with users via usability testing methods. Facilitate workshops to understand user needs with stakeholders. Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics or Pendo to inform design decisions. Apply lean UX best practices. Advocate for exceptional user experiences. Develop and apply design patterns. Qualifications
At least four (4) years of relevant UX design experience. Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. Knowledge of Lean UX methods and tools. Detail-oriented with effective time and objective management. Excellent communication skills. Passion for testing new approaches and measuring impact. Positive attitude and collaborative spirit. Comfortable with conflict and change. Strong interpersonal and client management skills. Deep experience with Figma. Ability to design for accessibility and localization. Advanced interaction design skills and understanding of atomic design. Knowledge of web frameworks like Bootstrap and iOS/Android guidelines. Experience in user research and testing. Preferred Experience :
Pendo experience. Enterprise software design experience. Front-end engineering skills. Remote team collaboration experience. Additional Information
