Principal Landscape Architect

Job Description Our client is an international design collective who are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect with a passion for technical direction to join their LA office. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of site systems, and a passion for elevating the design integrity of the built environment. The ideal candidate must possess the following skills: Lead the development of technical documents, including CDs, planting plans, grading and drainage, hardscape details, and irrigation design Guide the landscape team in design development and documentation across all project phases Oversee quality control, constructibility reviews, and compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability guidelines Mentor junior and mid-level landscape designers and technical staff. Participate in client meetings Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, materials, and construction methods relevant to landscape architecture Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field 15+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture with a strong technical emphasis Licensed Landscape Architect Could you be a good fit?
