Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated
Program Director for Baltimore County
who will be responsible for the programmatic, operational, and developmental oversight of employees to effectively work with individuals supported within Aspire Living & Learning’s programs. The Program Director will work to build effective teams, champion internal and external partnerships, and create a supportive environment in which to retain high quality employees and providers. The Program Director will also ensure adherence to organization-wide policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations, while also providing fiscal oversight of the program(s) under the guidance and leadership of the Senior Operations Director.
Rate of Pay:
$65,000 per year
Shift:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible on weekends)
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5 or more years’ experience in Human Services, with at least 2 years’ experience overseeing and directing development, implementation and evaluation of Human Services programs. Knowledge of funding agency regulations and requirements Ability to provide on-call support Knowledge of management and supervisory techniques and best practices Ability to work independently and exercise authority when necessary Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Basic Computer skills, experience using Therap a plus! High School Diploma or GED required. Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others. Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience required.
