As a leader, you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing our Plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an agile and synchronized Supply chain. How you will contribute: Lead the entire Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) organization and be responsible for uptime and equipment life across the entire plant, including manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities. Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic M&R roadmap and an annual operating plan which provide a competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Build, lead, and be accountable for M&R execution, reliability, and the facilities & utilities programs, as well as the team capabilities to execute them. Establish strong governance to review and control the effectiveness of the M&R program, its contribution to the overall plant goals, and its progress toward best in class. Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, GMP, food safety, employee safety, site security, and government regulations across the site. Guarantee that all employees/service providers understand these requirements, and that they are regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation. Lead and coach the M&R organization toward implementation and progression of the IL6S (Integrated Lean 6 Sigma) program. Establish a culture of zero losses and 100% employee engagement. Create and execute strategies to deliver zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance, technical mastery of maintenance and operations plans, TPM progression, visual controls, tools management, lubrication, calibration of equipment, etc. Progressively eradicate plant downtime and waste losses through robust strategic planning. Play a leading role in the journey toward zero losses. Champion improvements on OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc. Manage the M&R budget effectively, delivering annual targets and operational savings through reduction of downtime/waste, optimization of spend, and labor efficiency. Manage capital budgets by optimizing spare parts stock and execution of capital projects in partnership with Engineering. Develop the skillset of the M&R team at technical and managerial levels. Support the plant in reviewing and developing operating standards. Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Identify plant improvement opportunities through capital projects and ensure flawless project execution with Engineering. Create and maintain a succession plan for the M&R organization, attracting, retaining, and developing critical talent. Role model servant leadership and partner with the plant leadership team to foster such a culture. Participate as a senior member of the plant leadership team, contributing to strategic planning across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry associations. What you will bring: Strong operational, manufacturing, and maintenance leadership experience in CPG industry, with proficiency in TPM, 5S, Lean, 6 Sigma, safety, and GMP standards. An Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and automation basics. Excellent communication, coaching, leadership, analytics, and problem-solving skills. Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's in Engineering Job specific requirements: Minimum of 15 years in Maintenance roles in CPG, with at least 8+ years in leadership. Proven record in developing maintenance/reliability systems, driving OEE improvements, and cost savings. Solid financial and business skills. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on leadership and coaching capabilities. Strong project management skills. Understanding of GMP, safety standards, and regulations. Transformational mindset and ability to engage with external authorities. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. Preferred: TPM, automation, SAP PM proficiency, capital project experience, unionized environment experience. Travel requirements:

Low (10-15%) Work schedule:

Monday - Friday, with flexibility on weekends. The salary range is $137,300 to $188,825, with additional benefits and bonus potential. Relocation support available.
