About the Role The Project Manager ensures all assigned tasks are delivered at the highest service level to meet or exceed Donohoe’s contractual requirements. They support Donohoe and client deliverables and expectations, managing projects as assigned including:

Manage construction and other projects from inception through completion. Support all moves and furniture management. Sub-contractor management as assigned. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting. Provide reports as needed. Conduct and assist with Quality Control (QC) inspections and audits. Support sustainability activities. Prepare and present deliverables in scheduled client meetings. Other duties as assigned. Full-time 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri Salaried $120,000.00/year Duties and Expectations The Project Manager takes ownership of assigned projects from beginning to end, including: Establish project plans, tasks, and resources, ensuring a clear scope of work to meet timelines and client expectations. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors. Identify and remove obstacles proactively. Provide timely updates, attend meetings, communicate with clients, and document projects using MS Project or similar software. Manage project budgets and billing procedures. Implement process efficiencies and improvements. Conduct competitive bidding processes, develop statements of work, and obtain bids and cost estimates for tenant work orders and construction projects. Issue RFPs to subcontractors for tenant projects. Vet and interview potential subcontractors. Utilize CMMS systems for tracking. Manage subcontractors and vendors supporting tenant projects. Review tenant construction projects for compliance and tenant satisfaction. Conduct site inspections and coordinate repairs. Maintain respectful relationships with team members, tenants, clients, vendors, and support staff. Conduct client/project team meetings as required. Other duties as assigned.
