Job Description Summary The Strategy Lead is the primary architect of real estate strategies & business cases that guide our clientsâ real estate and portfolio optimization decisions. Partnering with our dedicated on-account team and senior client stakeholders, you will support one of C&Wâs strategic client accounts and help translate business strategy, financial impacts, market dynamics and operational inputs into clear recommendations that unlock capital, win internal approvals, and advance enterprise goals.
Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities Dataâ‘gathering & diligence ⢠Mine internal and external data sources for demand forecasts, occupancy metrics, cost benchmarks and market comparables. ⢠Engage brokers, landlords, vendors and functional partners to surface deal terms and hidden risks. Financial & risk analysis ⢠In partnership with financial analysis partners, synthesize financial impacts to P&L and cash flow models against budget to address real estate strategy scenarios As needed, coordinate financial inputs (OpEx and CapEx) to be modeled by financial analysts on-account Narrative development ⢠Craft a compelling storyline that ties the realâ‘estate strategy to enterprise objectives (growth, cost optimization, ESG, talent). ⢠Distil findings into executiveâ‘level decks, dashboards and infographics that highlight tradeâ‘offs and recommendations. Complementary responsibilities Maintain the portfolio âœPlan of Record,â ensuring every initiative is reflected in long range planning. Lead adâ‘hoc strategic projects as required Education & Experience Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field. 5â‘10â¯years in portfolio strategy, transaction management or strategic consulting with a heavy focus on synthesizing data into strategic observations & intelligence. Technical skill sets in platforms like ESRI and PowerBI is highly preferred, but not required. Demonstrated experience in developing real estate business cases Track record of driving crossâ‘functional realâ‘estate decisions from concept through approval.
