No C2C Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Technical Product Manager (SuccessFactors Talent & Qualtrics): Define and communicate the vision and long-term roadmap for Talent Management and Employee Experience systems Align product roadmaps with company strategy, People Team goals, and enterprise IT architecture Partner with HR and other business teams to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and align on priorities Lead agile pods with clear requirements, participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews Partner with Change Management and Learning teams to ensure effective rollout and adoption of new capabilities Required Skills for HR Technical Product Manager (SuccessFactors Talent & Qualtrics) Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field 8+ years in HR technology product management, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors Talent Management modules and Qualtrics HXM Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, global HR tech projects Strong business process understanding of performance management, succession planning, career development, and engagement best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels What’s in it for you?
