Job Summary: Mammoth Brands is a modern CPG company focused on building brands that improve people's lives. They are seeking a proactive Product Development Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities: • Drive execution across a high volume of product programs, primarily commercial and bundle initiatives, from scoping through launch • Lead cross-functional teams through development planning, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure deliverables align with business goals • Collaborate across product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales to move work forward quickly and efficiently • Work with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers throughout development • Clearly communicate updates, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, tailoring messages to different audiences • Identify and implement workflow, tool, or process improvements that enable faster, more efficient execution Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in roles that require ownership, coordination, and execution. This can include rotational programs, operations, finance, or product development. • Industry experience in CPG, startups, or fast-paced environments a plus but not required. • No technical background required.
