Job Description We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Executive to secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities for CAA’s Digital Media client roster. This role involves managing talent partnership deals from inception to execution, negotiating deal points, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of digital endemic and general entertainment knowledge, extensive experience in brand and talent landscapes, a proven sales record, and existing relationships within the advertising ecosystem. Experience working with content creators and selling digital video-centric media assets is essential. Experience in driving new business through brand and agency channels in digital media is a plus. Responsibilities Prospect new brand partners, manage existing relationships, and close complex, creative deals. Collaborate with Digital Media’s talent agents and executives to generate revenue and expand marketplace coverage. Connect with brands using strong prospecting skills and develop brand solutions including Talent, Distribution, Data, Promotion/Marketing, and ROI/Measurement. Work with the team on positioning, proactive sales, pitch development, and partnership activation. Understand the client roster and product offerings to help generate additional revenue streams. Support team development and professional growth. Assist with integrated marketing and media sponsorship planning. Qualifications 7-10+ years of proven sales experience in digital media, content, entertainment, or culture, focusing on talent partnerships. Fluency in the creator economy marketplace. Strong network within brand and agency buyer communities. Track record in branded content and media sales. Deep knowledge of marketing, entertainment trends, emerging media, consumer insights, and digital technologies. Experience working with Talent, IP, and franchises. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, and accountable. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities. Understanding of distribution strategies for branded entertainment campaigns. Exceptional communication skills, including presentation expertise. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote). Location This role is based in our New York or Los Angeles office. Compensation Salary ranges from $135,000 to $185,000 in Los Angeles and $135,000 to $200,000 in New York, plus benefits and discretionary bonuses.
