The Project Coordinator will manage all project-related administrative tasks and support project leadership and team members. Responsibilities include coordinating project resources, meetings, documenting meeting minutes, data entry, submittal receipt/distribution/log-in, RFI coordination, and maintaining project information filing to ensure project success. Responsibilities & Tasks: Provide project administration support from programming through construction documentation, including: Data entry for program and equipment matrices Coordinating and documenting design meeting minutes Managing project schedules and calendars Assisting with material research as directed Preparing drawing packages for issuance Assembling, stamping, and submitting construction documentation and permits Handling design affidavits and project transmittals Support construction administration activities such as: Logging and distributing shop drawings and submittals Assisting in assembling bulletins and ASIs Tracking due dates for shop drawings and submittals Tracking and submitting RFIs for timely responses Producing field reports based on field notes Assisting in project closeout procedures and bid packages Assist with obtaining discipline proposals, add service directives, editing proposals, generating AIA contracts, and managing consultant agreements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficient in Newforma and Unanet (training available) Notary public (preferred)
