What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to provide a tailored experience Build trust, show options, and help them choose the right system Sit at the kitchen table, answer questions, and close the deal No cold calling—we generate the leads, you take it from there
What We Need
2+ years HVAC experience 3+ years sales experience Valid driver’s license Someone with grit, confidence, and follow-through Someone who shows up sharp, handles objections, and gets the job done
Job Type & Pay
Full-time | On the road
Pay: $120,000–$300,000+ per year
