Position Overview
As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to residents with specialized needs, including:
  • Therapeutic support
  • Neuro and dementia care
  • Dialysis
  • IV therapy
  • Infectious disease management
  • Wound care
Your role is critical in ensuring each resident's well-being, dignity, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, adhering to the highest safety and care standards.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, based on individualized Care Plans.
  • Ensure residents adhere to their Care Plans, including scheduled out-of-bed times.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical staff.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to enhance the care experience for residents.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Certification:
    • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
    • Completion of a state-approved training program and examination.
    • Certification documentation must be provided with the application.
Job Details
  • Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
  • Work Environment: Long-term care, nursing home
Shifts & Schedule
  • Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends as assigned
