EH123 - Full-Time Housekeeper - Larchmont, New York

Overview

A family of four living in Larchmont, New York is seeking a housekeeper to assist them in their home. They have twins aged 12 years-old. This is a live-out position, and the schedule would be Monday through Friday, 11am-7/8pm with some flexibility needed. It's an animal-friendly household; they have two French Bulldogs.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for the position include

• Grocery shopping and running errands
n
• Ensuring the pantry is stocked and keeping the kitchen organized
n
• Housekeeping will include light cleaning, daily tidying and organizing, making/changing beds, vacuuming - a cleaner visits once a week to do a deep clean.

• Laundry and ironing
n
• Pick-ups/drop-offs from school and activities as needed- the family would provide a car
n
• Prepare school lunch boxes the night before
n

Qualifications

n
• The candidate must be comfortable around dogs; pet care may be required (feeding and walking of 2 French bulldogs)
n
• A candidate who can cook would be a bonus. The family would then like them to prepare dinner - they enjoy family-style cuisine
n

Requirements

n
• The candidate must have strong housekeeping and organizational skills and be super meticulous (makes beds to a high standard, folds washing very nicely, organizes closets very well)
n
• Must be proactive and have an excellent eye for detail
n
• The candidate should be very organized, discreet, proactive, and have a calm and positive disposition
n
• A clean driver's licence is required
n
• Fluent English speaker
n
• Someone warm but also discreet in their home. 
n

Salary and Benefits

• Compensation minimum $35+ per hour
n
• 2 weeks PTO
