Role Overview
eGain’s Software Engineer positions are open for the right individual seeking to start their career in a dynamic, fast-paced organization where you can build your skills. Responsibilities
Undergo 3 months of comprehensive training for eGain products. After completing the initial training, you will be assigned a position and undergo a 3-month, functional onboarding in one of the following departments subject to your performance, your aptitude, and the availability of positions.
Product Engineering Professional Services Sales Engineering Product Management Operations Automation (DevOps, RevOps, SupportOps) Technical Support
Develop and maintain AI-powered software tools, services, and applications. Experience and Education
Pursuing a PhD in a STEM major preferred from a top-tier university. Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university. Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain”
Step 1
Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section – this is a take-home programming test Step 2
Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office) Next step
