Float CNA - On-Call

CNA Requirements:

• Current CNA license in the state of Missouri
• Float CNAs must be available for on-call shifts and willing to work at various locations as needed

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and assist residents with daily living activities
• Help residents with personal hygiene needs
• Encourage social interaction and engagement
• Pass out meal trays and record food/fluid intake
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and comfortable
• Create a safe, welcoming environment
• Support the care team with any other daily tasks as needed
